If you can get away with this for yoghurt – imagine what could be done with whipped cream? I guess one of the main differences is that whipped cream has a pureness to it that can never be achieved with yogurt – which if you watch the second video to see – it is quite definitely made in a weird way by letting micro-organisms grow out of control onto milk. At least this never happened at the Workforce Planning Council!

It is worth noting at this point that whipped cream prepared with the use of cream chargers is pretty sterile due to the effect of the nitrous oxide gas that helps to prevent and bacteria growing wthout in any way altering the taste!
