To use simply fill up to the max. with cream (or whatever substance you intend to whip) and then screw down the head tightly. Then simply use a single disposable cream chargers to pressurize the system. Once charged the dispenser is ready to go and the cream can remain inside it until needed (up to to 10 days if kept inside the fridge)
