The problem with this cocktail kit is that there aren’t enough of the chemicals included. The recipes are great and i enjoyed trying them out, but it may have been better to spend my money on a recipe book and some if the special chemicals, that way i would’ve been able to try out each chemical multiple times rather than just once. Although the fact the stuff was all pre-measured meant I didn’t need any micro – scales, although i think they may only be a few quid on ebay?

I love a drink, so the udea of molecular cocktails slows me down and that has to be a good thing…
But seriously, I really enjoted playing with this mixoligy kit. It was a welcome gift.
