Fun Animal Shaped Pancakes

Put some cream chargers fun into pancakes. Kids do not like eating so many things, but what about cute to look at pancakes? Especially when they are topped with whipped cream and a funny shape! This recipe makes pancakes look and taste great! What you would have to be is creative, and many forms will instantly be created right then and there. Such an easy thing to do, and with some whipped cream from a whipped cream dispenser, this becomes amazing delights your kids would worship you for. They are also really simple to make, so you can actually do this with your kids for fun too!

Ideally, you would need one batch of pancake mix which you will have to put in a squeeze bottle. When you are ready to make the pancakes, spray the griddle or fry pan with some grease and then you can then squeeze in whichever shape you like, from x and o shapes to initials of names, the choice is endless. You can also pipe out the initial and then when it is set slightly, ladle over a good bit of pancake batter to cover.

Another fun thing to do is make a pig pancake. For this you will need to make three pancakes, two small and one large. Cut one of the small pancakes in half to form the ears. The large pancake will be the pig’s face and the third small one will be the pig’s jowl. Lay on some blueberries to make the snout, and chocolate chips to make eyes. Cover with maple syrup.

Ideally, serve this with a big dollop of whipped cream from a whipped cream dispenser and a big huddle of strawberries. These are really great as Mother’s Day breakfast or as a part of a birthday breakfast. You can also make these in advance and freeze them to serve ahead.

I use white flour and about 20% buckwheat for flavour bit not too heavy, then I top with whipped cream and summer fruits.
