Hey, i may be the only one who isn't exactly 'getting it here' but...what do the colored bars mean? lol, green means? tan means? is this info available somewhere on here?

Green means "added" content, red means "removed" content, and yellow means "mixed" -- there were small changes made and they'll appear in the text with red and green underlines.
If you go to one of your feeds and click the question mark next to the "refresh" link, then you'll see a little dialog box explaining this.
